999betcom Responsible Gaming — Your safety is our priority
Enjoy entertainment safely. 999betcom provides deposit limits, self-exclusion, and time-out features to ensure a protected gaming environment for you.
What is responsible gambling and why does it matter?
Online betting and casino games are a form of entertainment — but like any entertainment, it is important to keep them within limits. 999betcom believes that responsible gaming is not just a policy, it is a commitment to every one of our users.
Responsible gaming means playing within your budget, respecting time limits, and not placing more bets in an attempt to recover money you have lost. Our platform provides various protective tools to help you make these decisions yourself.
Remember: income from betting is not guaranteed. Every bet carries the risk of loss. Never play with money you need for essentials or with borrowed funds. 999betcom is always here to support responsible gaming.
Core Principles
- Gaming is for entertainment only — not a source of income
- Do not bet beyond your means
- Do not try to recover money you have lost
- Never play while under the influence
- Take breaks when needed and seek help if required
Our Protection Tools
Deposit Limit Setting
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit limit on your account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing the limit requires a 24-hour waiting period, which helps prevent overspending in moments of impulse.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gaming is getting out of control, choose self-exclusion. You can deactivate your account for a set period (from 30 days to permanently). During this time you will not receive any bonus or promotional messages either.
Time-Out Break
Use the time-out feature for a short-term break — from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. You will not be able to log in during this period. It helps you clear your head before deciding to play again.
Session Time Limit
Set a limit on how long you play in one sitting. When the set time is up, the system will automatically alert you or end the session. Protect yourself from the harmful effects of playing for extended periods.
Betting History Review
Log in to your account to view a complete history of deposits, withdrawals, and bets at any time. Staying aware of your own playing patterns is the first step toward responsible gaming.
Age Verification (21+)
999betcom is for those aged 21 and above only. Age is verified at the time of registration. Minors have no ability to create or use an account. Parents and guardians may use parental control software.
The 21+ age limit is strictly enforced
Online betting and casino games in Bangladesh are for adults only. To open an account at 999betcom, you must be at least 21 years old. This is the most important rule on our platform.
We verify age during the registration process. Additional identity documents may be requested in any case where there is doubt. We take active steps to prevent access by minors.
A Message for Parents and Guardians
If there are children or teenagers in your home, please take the following steps:
- Use parental control software on computers and mobile devices
- Block access to online betting sites
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Review internet browsing history regularly
